Villa Kos

Villa Kos is located in the heart of the beautiful island of Murter, and its rich appearance is a representative example of island tradition and elegant style.

Villa Kos extends over three floors and is divided into six apartments that together have 11 bedrooms. With a capacity for up to 22 people, it is ideal for gathering your family and friends, and the possibility of organizing private events is perfect for creating shared memories.

There are three apartments on the first and second floor of the villa, each of which has its own living room, fully equipped kitchen, and private bathroom. The ground floor of the villa is not available for rent. Five apartments have two bedrooms, while only one apartment offers complete privacy. The unique and meticulously decorated interior of each apartment gives the impression of uniqueness, so you can choose which apartment you want to stay in. You will certainly be enchanted by the wonderful view of the island archipelago and the small boats swaying on the sea. The surroundings and the serenity of the place are simply alluring.

The exterior of the villa is breathtaking. A stone-paved courtyard with a crystal clear swimming pool resembles a summer oasis. And the one for bathing for several hours, and with the possibility of heating, you will enjoy it at any time of the year. With 12 comfortable deckchairs and a covered wooden terrace with seating, we can rightly call this garden the Mediterranean Bali. Surrounded by lush olive trees and beautiful palm trees, you will enjoy the shade of a warm afternoon.

Villa Kos is located only 500 meters from the beach and the city center. Here you will discover beautiful beaches such as Slanica, Čigrađa, Podvrške, or Kosirina, and get to know the town center with its tradition and culture. Visit Kornati National Park and Krka National Park, and the town of Šibenik is only a 30-minute drive away.
