This beautiful stone villa, located near Novigrad, welcomes its guests with the warmth of the Istrian sun and a relaxing atmosphere.

The ground floor of the villa welcomes you with a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a fireplace for evening gatherings, and a toilet. On the first floor, discover three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, providing you with an intimacy and comfort that is unmatched. In the basement, the party proctor is waiting for you. A room equipped with billiards, table football, and darts is ideal for relaxing and competing with friends. There is also a separate bedroom, in an additional part of the house, which provides guests with additional flexibility.

But the real gem of this villa lies in its 1,200 m² outdoor space. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, this villa offers a breathtaking view. Toller Urlaub Die Buchung verlief reibungslos, jede Frage die danach gestellt wurde, wurde sehr schnell beantwortet. Es wurde uns sogar ein Video vom Haus zur Verfügung gestellt, auf dem man die Aufteilung der Zimmer sehen konnte. Das Haus war sauber und sehr schön gelegen. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick. In jedem Zimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage. Nach kurzen Anfangsschwierigkeiten, weil ein paar Dinge, wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Besteck fehlten, lief alles reibungslos. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very family friendly and nicely cool as every room had airconditioning. The outside terrace was our favourite part of the house. We will definitely come back again! The host did everything she could for an early check in due to our early arrival. This is the ultimate stay for families with little children.
