Located on the slopes of the nature park "Učka" with a view of Učka and the Kvarner Bay, this masterpiece of modern architecture offers a dream vacation.

The perfectly designed interior combines the comfort of the interior with the incredible luxury of the exterior. The villa's ground floor offers a spacious and fully equipped indoor kitchen with an espresso coffee machine and a wine refrigerator connected to a cozy living room. Whether you stay in summer or winter, you will be delighted with as many as two living rooms and two kitchens. The summer kitchen with barbecue and ice maker, and the outdoor living room are ideal for evening entertainment and relaxation in the summer months.

The upper floor of the villa has four bedrooms with private bathrooms and a spectacular view of the island of Cres. It gives the same impression as the outdoor pool. Two floors down, you will find wellness world. Relax on specially designed comfortable deck chairs next to the heated indoor pool, immerse yourself in the Turkish or Finnish sauna, and enjoy a whirlpool massage. For all recreationists, the private gym allows you to stay in shape during your vacation. The indoor pool reaches a temperature of 26°C, and the wellness area heats up to 29°C.

With additional services, Villa 3.0 stands out for its careful care of guests and adaptability to different needs. Order food delivery, purchase groceries, or have a real gastronomic experience with a private chef for an additional fee. Villa 3.0. is also adapted for people with disabilities, with a built-in elevator that facilitates access to all parts of the villa.

Villa 3.0 is located in Mošćenice, 15 km from beautiful Opatija. Mošćenice is a favorite excursion spot for many visitors, but also a starting point for lovers of hiking, mountaineering, and cycling. For culinary pleasure, visit the "Johnson" restaurant, one of the best fish restaurants in the northern Adriatic, and we also recommend day trips to the Istrian cities of Poreč, Rovinj, Motovun, and many others.

Wir waren eine Familie mit 8 Personen in dieser traumhaften Villa. Atemberaubender Ausblick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Inseln Cres und Krk . This was by far the best Villa I have ever stayed in. The views are beyond beautiful. The comfort. The luxury. The host are amazing people!!! We were a group of 8 and we were beyond stunned. Everything was perfect and we didn’t even feel like leaving. If possible I would have rated 10. Really looking forward to coming back!!!

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.

Exquisite! Everything is really on a highest level (the house itself, appliances,...) and the views are stunning. Also the hosts are very friendly and nice, so we decided to return. Would definitely recommend!

New villa in a class of its own.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The view is breathtaking, the interior design is modern and luxurious. The kitchen appliances are also high quality. The indoor pool including sauna and steam bath, like all rooms, have a gigantic sea view. The villa owners also deserve 5 stars. Super nice welcome including Croatian delicacies and always available. We have already stayed in a few villas in Croatia and can recommend Villa 3.0. We'll be back😎

Die Villa ist wunderschön. Die Vermieterin sehr kooperativ und entgegenkommend. Die Lage ist super. Man hat seine Ruhe, erreicht aber trotzdem schnell das Meer. Es gibt auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Urlaub.
