This five-room villa promises a vacation that will exceed all expectations. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, and the gentle and simple design attracts with its beauty and sense of privacy. The villa has a maximum capacity of 10 people, and you can spend pleasant moments in the spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. Movie nights or preparing meals for the whole family is a great reason to stay in this beauty.

A beautiful swimming pool and eight sun loungers await you on the outdoor terrace, which you won't say no to. The panoramic view will simply amaze you. Sunglasses and refreshing oranges are all you need. In addition, the villa has a relaxation room, and a touch of fun is provided for children and adults by billiards and a children's playground.

The surroundings of the villa are ideal for exploring. If you want to spend your vacation actively, two bicycles are available with which you can go on the nearby bicycle paths. Opatija abounds with many promenades, and the most famous and most loved by many is the Lungomare promenade. Get to know the field of camellias, a beautiful flower that is also recognized as the symbol of the famous brand Chanel, and you can find it in the green Angiolina Park. Villa Deavista is located 500 meters from the nearest restaurant and cafe, and the coast with beautiful beaches is only a 10-minute drive away.
