Villa Plant 3

Villa Plant 3 is located in Novalja, on the unique island of Pag. Together with 5 other sister villas, it forms a complex of 6 villas, which is ideal for groups of friends or families who want to spend their vacation together, yet in their privacy.

Thanks to the large glass surfaces, the inside of the villa offers a wonderful panoramic view. The villa can host 7 guests in 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a private bathroom. The kitchen and dining room are connected to the living room, which continues onto the terrace. In addition, guests have at their disposal a room with billiards and a place to relax while playing and socializing together, as well as a sauna.

The exterior of the villa is rich in facilities. Beyond the heated hydromassage pool, there's a jacuzzi in the outdoor space. For those who want to have fun, there is table football and a shared tennis court for all the villas in the complex. The exterior of the villa offers guests a wonderful panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea with the possibility of enjoying the lounge area.

Massage, private chef, breakfast, and grocery shopping services are also available to guests, with an additional charge.

The island of Pag hides real traditional treasures such as the cultivation of Pag salt, cheese making, the tradition of Pag lace, and the raising of local lamb. In Novalja, there is also the Zrće party beach, which is a magnet for young people all over the world. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge, which makes it easier to access, while the proximity of Zadar airport also allows connections with flights.
