This spacious part of the villa is designed to complement each other creating a sense of connection with the exterior of the villa. You will undoubtedly enjoy cooking games in this delightful ambiance thanks to the large glass openings that let in a lot of light.

The villa also has an outdoor kitchen, so you can prepare your gastronomic masterpieces outside and enjoy dining in the fresh air. If you want to take a break from cooking, you can hire a private chef or have food delivered.

This summer residence will especially delight the youngest who can have fun on the children's playground, playing board games or Play Station 5, and for the slightly older ones, there is also a billiards.

The courtyard of the villa with a heated pool and comfortable deckchairs is perfect for all-day relaxation, and your pet can also enjoy the Mediterranean nature.

The beach, restaurants, and shops are only 500 meters from the villa. A large number of visitors have been arriving on the island of Pag for years. Known for cheese and salt production, lace handicrafts, and especially for the beach 'Zrće', which is the most desirable destination for young people, this island is worthy of praise. Of course, don't miss visiting nearby Nin, the oldest Croatian royal city, Paklenica National Park, and Velebit Nature Park. You will be thrilled.
