Villa Courtside is an elegant haven of sophisticated style located in the tranquility of the island of Pašman.

On the villa's second floor, you will find two master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to a common balcony. Comfort for the youngest as well as parents is provided by two more bedrooms that share a bathroom with each other and have two separate beds that can be connected into one large bed. The beautifully decorated interior is achieved with soft shades and simple lines, creating a sense of sophistication.

When you step onto the terrace of the villa, you will be greeted by a crystal-clear heated swimming pool accompanied by four elegant deckchairs. Surrounded by a scene of sea colors, this villa offers an outdoor dining room and barbecue, as well as comfortable seating. Welcome the warm rays of the sun sitting right next to the sea or fall in love with the spectacular sunsets.

Villa Courtside is a great place for a very fun and active time. With table tennis, a golf course, various board games, a children's playground, and a kayak, fun is guaranteed.

Perfect for a relaxed family vacation, Villa Courtside enjoys direct access to a beautiful pebble beach, and a walk along the coast will take you to the center of town. The island of Pašman can be easily reached from the ferry port of Biograd to the town of Tkon on the island of Pašman or by boat from the port of Zadar to the town of Preko on the island of Ugljan. The islands of Pašman and Ugljan are connected by a bridge, which is ideal for visiting both islands. Enjoy their beauty.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately.
