Villa President 1 can host a maximum of six people. The elegantly designed interior extends over two floors. On the first floor of the villa, there are three bedrooms, two of which have a private bathroom, and for complete comfort, there is another bathroom in the hallway. Gentle shades and modern style attract with its beauty and invite you to rest.

The ground floor of the villa consists of a spacious living room, a dining room for six people, and a fully equipped kitchen. Another toilet and laundry room are available in this part. The view through the large sliding glass walls evokes a vacation by the sea.

The attractive asset of this villa is certainly the stunning landscaped yard. An infinity pool with three sunbeds guarantees afternoon enjoyment, and for the night atmosphere, there is also special lighting that brings a romantic touch. In order for guests to fully enjoy themselves, the villa also offers the provision of groceries, breakfast, and a private chef at an additional cost. For all lovers of sailing, the option of renting a boat is available as well as a mooring for the boat.

Villa President 1 is located in the first row to the sea in Tkon on the charming island of Pašman. This small island in the Zadar archipelago with beautiful beaches. In the Pashman channel, there is also the heart-shaped Galešnjak, known as the island of love, which is worth visiting. Villa President 1 offers the possibility of excursions to this romantic phenomenon, but also to Dugi Island, Kornati National Park, and Plitvička Jezera National Park for a surcharge.
