This breathtaking villa gives a whole new perspective to the traditional Istrian stone villas and will remind you of the old Tuscan villas. An old, stone house renewed in all its splendor is surrounded by a green, lush Mediterranean garden with colorful outdoor furniture and will make your evenings in the villa unforgettable.

Once you step inside, you will instantly notice this is the most beautiful villa you have ever seen. The way the interior designers used traditional materials such as brick and wood simply amazes us. A perfect, warm and cozy atmosphere with all the luxury and comfort of modern appliances.

Carefully selected details and artwork give the house a chic and artistic ambiance, so even if it rains all week long, you will have the time of your life. The villa is divided into three floors and can accommodate a total of 10 people. In the basement, there is a room for gatherings, a playroom, and one bedroom with its own bathroom, as well as a guest toilet. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen, dining room, and one bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

On the first floor, you can find two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Step into the beautiful courtyard of Villa Artien where you will first notice the private pool and then the beautiful courtyard where you can relax on sun loungers. The covered outdoor kitchen with a dining table and barbecue immediately makes you fantasize about freshly prepared delicious dishes.

Vielen Dank an Igor, er hat uns super in Empfang genommen, war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist einfach super, die Ausstattung ist stark, alles vorhanden und wir fanden den Aufenthalt einfach super. Der Pool und das Grundstück waren für uns einfach super. Wir waren eine große Familie mit 2 Hunden und es hat alles super harmoniert....

Alles perfekt! Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bei Sonne ist der Außenbereich und Pool natürlich unschlagbar. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche!

We really had a good time. We were visiting Porec and Pula as well as some lost places. We also enjoyed some time at the fantastic pool. Overall you can have a good and relaxing time in a cozy home with plenty of space and activity options (Playstation, netflix, books, pool, barbecue and much more). We also would like to thank Igor for his great hospitality.

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach fantastisch - zu einem tollen Preis! Igor war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, er hat sogar selbstgemachten Sirup und frisches Brot für uns mitgebracht, als er vorbeikam. Die Küchenausstattung ist großartig, der Garten und Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Grundsätzlich ist das Haus sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll gestaltet. Unsere Ausflüge in die umliegenden Ortschaften waren ein Vergnügen. Eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung! Vielen Dank!

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa ARtIEN. Zusammen mit einer befreundeten Familie hatten wir sehr gut Platz & uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Gerne wiedereinmal!!

Die schriftliche Kommunikation mit Denis war sehr angenehm und er hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Igor, der das Check-In & -Out gemacht hat, war einer freundlichsten Menschen die wir je kennengelernt haben. Die Unterkunft selbst ist traumhaft, genau richtig für eine große Familie. Jedes Zimmer hat sein komplett eigenes Bad inkl. Dusche! Es gibt so viele gute Erinnerung, unter anderem weil das für uns genau die perfekte Unterkunft für uns war! Wenn wir es uns hätten leisten können, wären wir auf jeden Fall länger geblieben! Danke für alles
