Within its 600 m², there are three beautiful holiday homes, rented as one unit, with 7 bedrooms altogether that can optimally accommodate 13 guests. Right at the entrance, you are greeted by a stone facade honoring the distinctive construction style of this region. The main home consist of three king-size bedrooms, and one single room, all with an en-suite bathroom. A well-equipped kitchen and living area with a modern design in natural soft colors can also be found inside this charmingly designed property. And if you step onto the lovely terrace, you will be rewarded with wonderful views of the sloping coast and the sea.

The second house of the villa has two double bedrooms on the first floor, each with its bathroom, as well as a kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Carefully designed to blend in with the environment, the third cottage has been transformed into a lovely double-bed studio. With plenty of space for everyone, this is an excellent choice for a large group of friends or families. Sleeping peacefully in a baby cot your little one will also enjoy magical moments.

The villa's garden is beyond spectacular, with comfortable furniture that hides against the rich greenery of the spacious yard with its neutral tones. You can savor delectable dishes cooked over a charcoal barbecue on the covered patio. It will turn into your safe nest.

On bright days, you'll love swimming in the pool or just lying down on the sunbed. And if you ever get tired of vacationing, you can rent a boat and sail the stunning Adriatic.

Villa Charlotta is located near the town of Višnjan, in the rural area of the Istrian peninsula, where peace and quiet whisper loudly, and nearby places cry out for the noise of dear guests. The city center and the beach are 12 km away, while restaurants and shops are only 2 km apart. The surroundings are perfect for long walks and numerous activities such as cycling, horseback riding, or tasting famous Istrian wines. Surrender to the charms of this beauty.
