The villa contains one bedroom, but there is an additional two-person sofa bed in the living room. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delectable Istrian delicacies, as well as a barbecue in the courtyard. There is also a private pool with adjacent sun loungers where you can enjoy the lovely sun. Being in a rural environment offers several benefits, like complete quiet and privacy. The beach is about 4 kilometres away, as is the city centre, and local bars, restaurants, and shopping are only 2 kilometres away.

Aussenanlage mit Pool war sehr gut gepflegt und ausgestatet. Kinder hatten beim baden viel Spass. Es gab auch ein Gasgrill, wi könnten super einfach grillen. Walter hat den Pool jeden Tag gepurtzt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und alles tip top sauber. Perfekte Lage, alles in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, schöne Strände, schöne Städte und tolles Hinterland. Wir haben den tollen Pool und das Essen auf der schönen Terrasse sehr genossen. Wir hatten einen kleinen Hund dabei der sich im Garten austoben konnte. Durch das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück war es auch für uns sehr entspannt. Walter ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, hat täglich den Pool gereinigt und uns viele Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank an Walter!

Everything needed was there. Nice, clean and private. Walter was really helpful and lovely host. He even allowed us really early check-in for free. There were some cold drinks in the fridge when we arrived, it was a great suprise for us 😊
