Villa Cypress Hill

Located in the village of Rakotule, a suburb of charming Motovun, Villa Cypress Hill is surrounded by rolling meadows, forests, and lush vineyards. Enjoy breathtaking views of Motovun and surrounding nature and watch the sunrise from the outdoor area or from the jacuzzi and infinity pool.

The main house was designed as a typical Istrian Stancija with a modern touch for the ultimate luxury experience. There are four large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, so the villa can accommodate 8 guests. A large open living room and dining room with a library are all furnished with luxury furniture. The living room features a “Focus” woodburning fireplace, so guests can stay in the villa even in the cooler months. From the living room and dining area, there is direct access to the large, open-plan kitchen. In the same room, there is also a lounge area with a TV.

The kitchen is connected to the terrace featuring cozy outdoor furniture. Make sure to take a swim in the infinity pool overlooking the medieval town of Motovun and the surrounding valley and Učka mountain (the tallest mountain in Istria, 1,396 meters).

Enjoy a game of tennis on the artificial grass tennis court located just below the swimming pool and to ease sore muscles and tension after your tennis match, visit the spa featuring a sauna and chromotherapy waterfall shower with essential oil mist.

There is a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining area that seats eight people. The outdoor kitchen has a wood-fired pizza oven, gas grill, and Big Green Egg charcoal barbeque.

Explore the well-known Parenzana, a former railway built during Austro-Hungarian times, which connected Trieste and Poreč. It is located just down the hill from the villa, just turn left and follow the road.
