Wine enthusiasts will be happy to know there is a spacious wine cellar ideal for enjoying local wines and having long late-night talks with your friends or family members. You will absolutely adore the outdoor area and the beautiful shades of green surrounding the house. You can spend cozy nights relaxing by the pool and warm afternoons in the shade of the outdoor dining area eating tasty meals prepared by the “cook” of the family.

The outside area of the Villa Experience is no less attractive. The private pool offers refreshments. Comfortable deck chairs and lounge furniture invite you to relax. The shady, covered barbecue and dining area in rustic style complete the outdoor area. The name "Experience" certainly aptly characterizes the villa. The pool is available from 01.05. until 30.10.2026. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional cost of 250€ per week. Wine consumption is possible for an extra charge.There is an extra cleaning charge of 100€ in case there is a lot of dog hairs around the villa at the check out.The villa can be rented for 6 adults and two children up to 16 years of age; an extra pull-out bed is available.

Very nice stay, we appreciate stay there. House and neighbourhood was quite and private, perfect heated pool let us rest from work. Big house with lot of bedrooms, large kitchen and big daily room helped to survive one day with a little worser weather.

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.

The villa and the garden/pool area are very beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The house had everything you could ever need and more. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen and toys for kids in the common room. We travelled with a baby and the owners prepared a baby cot and hugh chair for us which was very helpful. The owners were staying in the house right next to us and were really lovely and helpful. We're definitelly thinking about coming back next year. The booking process was very easy. We had a few extra needs: we needed to have holiday dates to be from sunday to saturday and had 2 dogs and a baby with us and the booking staff was very helpful with accomodating these needs. The payment and communication were easy. I was a little sceptical after reading some of the reviews, but it hinestly all went really smoothly.

Geweldig mooi huis. Sprookjesachtig. Alles wat je wenst op vakantie en meer. Hele behulpzame man, Igor, die ons welkom heette en wegwijs maakte. De omgeving fantastisch. De mooiste Konoba-restaurants in de nabije omgeving en Rovinj en Porec op korte rij-afstand. Aanrader.

Vila Experiance je naravnost prekrasna v svojem mirnem vaškem okolju in nudi vse kar človek potrebuje za sproščen in brezskrben dopust s prijatelji. Okusno opremljen ambient, kuhinja z vsemi pripomočki in aparati za pripravo obrokov, prostorna in udobna dnevna soba in 3 spalnice z pripadajočimi kopalnicami nudijo udobje na najvišji ravni. V kleti se skriva vinska klet z ogromno mizo za druženje ob kozarcu rujnega. Zunanjost opremljena z bazenom in letno kuhinjo ter parkiriščem. Z eno besedo fantastično.
