The fascinating villa IPause offers minimalism and luxury all in one. This hidden gem is located in picturesque Dračevac, in Istria, and is the perfect representation of modern style, comfort, and natural beauty.

On the ground floor of the villa, you will be greeted by a fully equipped modern kitchen with a romantic fireplace that creates an atmosphere of warmth and intimacy. The dining room with a spacious table for 6 people is ideal for enjoying meals, and you can spice up the atmosphere with s…

The villa also has a mezzanine where there is a spacious living room with a panoramic view of the surroundings. A fireplace, two comfortable sofas, an armchair, coffee tables, and a TV stand out here, creating the perfect space for relaxation. On the same floor, there is one bedroom with a private bathroom. Retreat to your privacy and recharge your batteries. On the upper floor, you will find another bedroom also with its own bathroom.

Villa IPause delights with saltwater and a heated pool. Next to the pool, four deckchairs and an umbrella create the perfect environment for sunbathing. Enjoy the incredible Mediterranean ambiance while relaxing on the terrace with an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.

In the basement of the villa, you will find an oasis for socializing. The tavern with another fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility of preparing delicious meals for your loved ones. Also, a covered outdoor table with 4 seats in the garden creates an ideal place to relax. There is also a pleasant spa with a jacuzzi, shower, and sauna, providing complete relaxation.

Vila IPause offers a wide range of entertainment, including various board games, chess, PlayStation 5, Netflix, and bicycles to explore the surroundings.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. Die Viilla IPause ist ein wunderschönes Designerhaus in einem kleinen sehr ruhigem Ort. Das Haus war für uns perfekt eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Sehr unkomplizierte Vermieterin, alles war einfach perfekt für uns.
