Spread over 620 m², the charming villa Casa di Perla boasts a unique interior and exterior design concept. The villa consists of three stone houses with a unique atmosphere that is connected to each other. The main house consists of a living room, a kitchen, and a large master bedroom. The second house has one room with a double bed and a kitchen, while the third has only a bedroom. All rooms have a private bathroom. The entire villa is imbued with soft shades and wooden and stone details, leaving a strong design impression.

The fully fenced yard, with a beautifully decorated stone terrace and green lawn, seduces with the harmony of colors and the relaxing atmosphere of the heated saltwater pool. In addition to refreshments, there is also an outdoor kitchen with a grill for long evening gatherings. You can enjoy your morning coffee in the romantic lounge area, and the children's playground will bring a smile to the faces of the youngest.

Located only 2.7 km away from the coast, Villa Casa di Perla offers a completely peaceful stay, yet at the same time close enough to the summer hustle and bustle of the coast. The center of Primošten is 3 km away, and its old town core, crystal clear sea, and several restaurants make it a unique place. Villa was high top, area also. Very nice architecture, stone buildings, great interiors. Nice view and area. Lovely place, everything was clean. Hospitality of the owners was realu good. I can highly recommended

What a wonderfull place!! Situated very quiet and peaceful up on the hill, but with everything you need nearby. With three rooms in three separate units, everyone had his own privacy, yet we were still very close together. Top services of the host: made beds, enough towels and if we needed something, they responded very quickly! Highly recommended for a carefree holiday close to the sea! We’ll come back!
