On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious modern living room with access to the terrace, where there is an outdoor dining room and sunbeds by the pool, a perfect place for free time. Guests can enjoy a stunning view of the sea or drink a cocktail by the pool, which is also heated. For those who want to be active, there are exercise machines and a sauna with a shower, offering the possibility of relaxation and keeping in shape while on vacation.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with bathrooms and a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. Two covered parking spaces are also available.

The villa not only offers luxury and complete privacy but is also perfectly located for exploring the surrounding attractions. Guests have the opportunity to visit the historic towns of Šibenik and Trogir or explore the natural beauty of the Krka National Park and the Kornati Islands. Primošten is known for its rich cultural heritage, beautiful beaches, and crystal clear sea, and the city center, with its narrow stone streets and traditional restaurants, is only a short 2 km walk away. For young people, there are bravos and the Aurora club, as well as the beautiful Gaj hill with the Statue of Our Lady of Loreto in Primošten where a series of concerts are held in the summer. Join in.
