The ground floor of the villa exudes luxury with an open concept of a living room, kitchen, and dining room. A large yellow sofa and two armchairs provide a cozy corner to relax in, while a high-gloss fireplace adds a touch of elegance. A fully equipped dark kitchen unites the magnificence of the gastro space. The ground floor also includes a bathroom and a storage room. From the ground floor, there is direct access to the terrace and pool.

The first floor of the villa features three luxurious bedrooms, each with its bathroom. All rooms offer a panoramic view of the sea and the magical Primošten, allowing you to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The second floor of the villa is decorated with one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This room leads to a spacious large terrace, equipped with outdoor seating and a jacuzzi. Enjoy the stunning view of the sea archipelago.

The courtyard of Villa Golden Lion is a real oasis for relaxation. The heated saltwater swimming pool provides refreshment during hot summer days, and the aesthetically appealing deckchairs and baldachin provide an oasis of afternoon luxury.

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
