One bedroom is located on the ground floor, and the other three rooms are located on the first floor of the villa. You will surely enjoy it.

Illuminated by the abundance of light that penetrates through the glass windows, the interior of the villa does not lag behind the luxurious design of the exterior in any aspect. The beautiful green garden and the pool from which the water overflows look magical. Immerse yourself in the image of a peaceful vacation with a view of the Adriatic Sea.

Einfach Traumhaft!! Boris und seine Frau sind mit ganzem herzen und viel Leidenschaft Gastgeber - das spürt man vom ersten Moment an. Im Haus selber wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, es fehlte an gar nichts. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, durchdacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Ein echtes Highlight: Aus jedem Zimmer kann man den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang genießen - ein Anblick welchen wir so schnell nicht mehr vergessen werden. Ein wahres Traumhaus, in dem man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Boris und Mateja waren supertolle Gastgeber. Der vorab Kontakt per WhatsApp war unkompliziert, höflich, in einem perfekten Deutsch und man hatte ein "Willkommensgefühl". Die Lage abseits des Massentourismus war super, fußläufig ist trotzdem alles Wichtige wie ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt und Restaurants zu erreichen. Die Villa ist ein Traum, in wundervoller Umgebung, sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch mehr. Kaffeevollautomat, exklusives Küchenzubehör , riesiger Kühlschrank und und und. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und unsere Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar um uns Tipps für den nächsten Tag zu geben. Die Zimmeraufteilung war perfekt. Vier separate Schlafzimmer mit je einem Badezimmer , plus noch 2 zusätzliche Badezimmer im Keller und auf der Hauptetage mit dem Wohnzimmer und der Küche. Der Infinity-Pool war natürlich eins der Highlights und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Adria. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Realität, Life vor Ort ist es sogar noch schöner. Wir waren mit zwei Familien, 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Teenagern (18,16,15) im schönen Primosten zu Gast und würden das Haus, den Ort und Boris mit seiner Familie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
