The ground floor and the first floor are spread over 220 m2 and can accommodate up to a total of 6 guests. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, toilet, and a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace. On the first floor, there are three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms each with a TV and a private bathroom. The view from the bedrooms is amazing with the smell of pine trees and the noise of the sea! The courtyard of the villa is created for pleasure and peace. You can relax in a few seating areas, enjoy by the pool, or prepare a barbecue in the shade. All this with a magical view! If you look for refreshment in the sea, you are just a few steps away from a private beach that will surely fulfill all your expectations.

If you want to feel the tradition and history of Dalmatia, there are numerous rural households nearby that will take you back into the history of Dalmatian gastronomy with their meals and drinks. Not far from the villa is the center of Primošten and worth visiting are also the historic cities of Šibenik and Trogir and the Krka National Park!

Villa Lara is a wonderful villa. We really enjoyed our stay there. The views from the garden incredible. The sunsets by the private beach are beautiful. We made trips to the historic cities of Trogir, Zadar & Split and enjoyed the sea and pool in the afternoon. We loved to take the 25 min walk to Primošten for diner or drinks. The hosts Anni &...

Die Villa ist genau wie beschrieben. Absolute Toplage mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Ruhe und ohne fremde Einblicke. Es stehen jeweils drei Doppelzimmer mit Bad und Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Alles ist sauber und modern. Die kleine Küche beim Pool ist sehr praktisch. Der Ort Primosten kann entlang dem Meer über einen aus Naturstein gebauten Fussweg in ca. 25 Minuten erreicht werden, wo unzählige Restaurant zum Essen und verweilen einladen. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht . Die Lage der Villa ist einmalig es ist so ruhig dass man fast glaubt man ist alleine und doch ist man in 20 min die schöne Promenade entlang im romantischen Primosten. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen - der grosse Schattenplatz mit Tisch Griller hat uns zur Mittagszeit vor der Hitze geschützt und an Abend gesellige Stunden verbringen lassen. Die Vermieterin war außergewöhnlich freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Hoffentlich bald wieder
