Misto II is a modern villa in a quiet part of the small Dalmatian town of Primošten. With 9 bedrooms, 5 of which are located in Villa Misto I and four in Villa Misto II, this property can host 18 people and is the perfect choice for a family vacation or getaway with friends.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, providing complete comfort to guests, and if you come with little ones, a baby cot is also available. With two fully equipped kitchens, two dining rooms, and two comfortable living rooms with a modern fireplace, villa Misto I&II offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The sea view from the balcony will enchant you, as will the incredibly large garden.

The yard of the villa is 22,400 m² and includes two heated swimming pools with salt water, two jacuzzis, and two sunbathing areas with a total of 12 deckchairs. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. Recently returned from a 10 night stay at Villa Mista. The place was great. Well laid out, clean, super comfortable beds, well stocked, and in a great location (a few min drive to a lovely seaside village, market, etc.). Plus, the owner ((Ivan) was very helpful and accommodating). It was probably one of my best home rental experiences. No complaints and I would definitely return.

Spacious and luxurious house in beatiful materials. We appreciated - among others-the spacious rooms with hotel feel, large pool and well-planned pool space, the in/ outdoor kitchen and the wide sea view. A very well planned house, perfect for vacation. Very nice host. Thank you Ivan.

de ligging is perfect, het zwembad was erg in trek bij de kleinkinderen, de huizen zijn helemaal compleet met elke slaapkamer een luxe badkamer 😊

Perfect place for a relaxing time in a beautiful house at a beautiful place. Excellent view, beautiful house, nice pool and lovely owners made our vacation perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and the house equipment was very well sorted. We will come back!
