The villa offers accommodation for up to a maximum of 10 people in four spacious bedrooms with a magnificent appearance. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and TV. Two guest rooms extend the luxury with comfortable double beds, while the other two have a bed for one person. The villa also has two couches, which accommodate two additional people. Families with small children can enjoy a peaceful vacation, as a cot and feeding table are available.

On the ground floor, the modernly decorated living room with large glass openings offers a spectacular, direct sea view, giving you the feeling that the waves are spreading almost in front of you. The fully equipped kitchen, designed in natural colors and materials with a modern mini bar is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals. The house also has a gym, so you can continue your fitness routines.

The exterior of Villa Oliva is the right place for complete relaxation. The heated hydromassage pool is partially covered and ideal for undisturbed relaxation at any time. Guests can enjoy the sauna and outdoor jacuzzi, and the children will find their corner to play in the specially decorated children's room. The meticulously landscaped yard of the villa includes an outdoor dining room and barbecue. Villa Oliva is located next to a sister villa that can be rented together, providing the perfect accommodation for family gatherings or friendly gatherings.

Sehr schöne Villa, sehr ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Die Übergabe mit Bruno hat gut funktioniert. Ablagemöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer und auch im Badezimmer wären gut (Handtuchhalter). Ansonsten alles perfekt, kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes, modernes und neues Ferienhaus in dem es an rein garnichts gefehlt hat. Ein beeindruckender Aus-und Weitblick über die Bucht von Dolac. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher ein weiteres Mal. Danke auch für eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Abwicklung.
