With 300 m² of indoor space on a 700 m² plot, it comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 ensuite bedrooms (two with king-size doubles 180x210, two with twin singles), and offers five shower bathrooms. The calm, sultry mix of underfloor heating, A/C in every room and a stone fireplace gives it a welcoming, year-round feel.

Indoors you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and both indoor and outdoor dining for eight, a cozy living area with smart TV, Netflix, HBO and PlayStation 5, plus a dedicated home office if you need to log on. Fitness and wellness are taken seriously here: a gym corner with equipment and an exercise bike, a sauna, relaxation room and a luxurious hydromassage Jacuzzi complement the 45 m² heated pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower and pool towels. There's also a children's playroom and thoughtful extras like baby cot/high chair, washing machine, dryer and a welcome package to start your stay.

The outdoor spaces are a highlight—fully fenced for privacy, with carefully tended gardens, lawn, barbecue and an outdoor dining area facing the sea. Private parking and garage are on-site, and the location couldn't be easier: the beach is only 300 m away, cafés and restaurants within a 500–800 m stroll, and Primošten centre and market about 4 km. Airport transfer is simple too, around 42 km from the nearest airport.

This is a great fit for families, groups of friends or couples seeking a wellness-and-beach escape, and it works well for remote workers who want a blend of productivity and play. Pets and events are not allowed; smoking is permitted only outdoors. Optional services like a private chef, prestocking or in-house massage are available on request for an extra charge.
