Welcome to this lovely new villa with a magical view of the city of Primošten, Croatia. It is located on high ground and 1.5 kilometers away from the beach. Enjoy some peace and quiet or take a short drive to Primošten and have coffee on the beach during your stay in villa Sky. Anything is possible because of its excellent location! It consists of 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. There are another 2 bathrooms in this villa, so in total there are 3 bathrooms. A beautiful view spreads from the terrace, which can be accessed from the fully equipped kitchen as well as the living room. Guests can have a good time barbecuing, enjoying the sun next to the 32 square meter swimming pool, and much more!

Don't forget to visit the city of Šibenik and Trogir, as well as the two national parks in the vicinity: Krka and Kornati!

Es war eine pure Freude an diesem sehr schönen Ort verweilen zu dürfen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und der Aussenbereich war grandios. Ebenfalls muss man betonen, dass die Vermieterin immer mit Rat und Tat zu Seite stand. Ganz live Vermieter und wir kommen gerne wieder.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.

Ein sehr tolles Haus! Lage fantastisch! Zum Supermarkt 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zum Strand oder in die Stadt 5 Minuten. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Toller Grillplatz. Das Zimmer mit dem Bad ohne Tür ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig 😅 man muss sich schon sehr mögen. Aber trotzdem wunderschön! Vielleicht gibt es noch eine Möglichkeit eine Schiebetür oder so einzubauen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub mit einer tollen, hilfsbereiten und sehr netten Gastgeberin. Vielen! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Einer der entspanntesten Urlaube die wir je hatten. Ein tolles Haus mit einem der schönsten Blicke auf die Adria und Primošten. Ein Haus das hält was es verspricht! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Wir hätten das Haus in den Pfingstferien eine Woche gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sehr neu und gut eingerichtet. Die Außenanlagen ist gepflegt. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hat uns bei Fragen immer gerne weitergeholfen. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder hinfahren.
