Villa Anita Istria can accommodate 12 people in six comfortable bedrooms. Five bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and one room has two spacious single beds. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and three on the first floor of the villa. Here you will find another kitchen and living room which provides additional flexibility for relaxing and preparing food and drinks.

The garden of the villa is a real paradise for children and adults. The large swimming pool invites guests to refresh themselves and enjoy sunbathing, while children can have fun in the children's pool and enjoy playing on the children's playground and trampoline. The garden also has a covered terrace for outdoor dining and a separate area equipped with a large barbecue.
