The house comprises three air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with its own Android TV. Two of the bedrooms feature a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with one of them boasting a panoramic sliding door leading to a terrace with a view of the pool. The third bedroom has two single beds. The hallway features a spacious bathroom equipped with a shower, WC, BD, and washing machine. 

The villa boasts a contemporary design with clean lines and modern accents. The living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area create a comfortable atmosphere. Notably, the living room is impressively large. The living room is equipped with two air conditioning units, a desk, a couch with a TV, a stereo system, and a Playstation 4 with two controllers, various games, and a separate wine fridge.

The large sliding door opens to the outside, seamlessly integrating the room with the covered terrace. The terrace has a dining area for eight and a lounge area, perfect for enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine or relaxing by the pool. The walled garden has three parking spaces, a pool with an outdoor shower, a gas barbecue, and games including football, table football, boccia, badminton, skittles, two water polo goals, plus cards and board Games.

If you would like to explore the surroundings and spend a day at the seaside, both the west and east coasts of the Istrian peninsula are less than 10 km away. On the way to the center of Pula, there are several big supermarkets, as well as various activities such as karting, paintball, bars, and restaurants. Pula also has great shopping facilities, whether it is the Pula City Mall or Max City.
