The villa's ground floor, with a high ceiling and wooden beams, leaves a distinctive look. The open concept of the huge white kitchen and spacious living room creates a pleasant environment for socializing and enjoying every moment.

The fully fenced yard is the perfect harmony of beauty and relaxation. The heated hydromassage pool is surrounded by deck chairs and a beautiful green lawn. A covered terrace with a large fireplace and an outdoor dining room offers the pleasure of an evening ambiance with a view of beautiful nature. In addition to enjoying the charms of the Dalmatian atmosphere, the sauna provides a wellness experience. Villa Cypress Hill also has parking for 3 cars.

Dvornica is only a 10-minute drive from the beautiful and only 700 m from the nearest beach. This coastal area is known for its crystal clear sea and beautiful bays and beaches. Rogzonica has a lot to offer. The statue of Our Lady of Loreto and its viewpoint will enchant you with a panoramic view. Here you can also drink coffee and enjoy romantic sunsets as well as concerts. Also visit the Dragon's Eye, a mysterious lake with interesting legends attached to it. The beautiful Dalmatian cities of Trogir, Šibenik, and Split are also worth visiting.

What a beautiful villa (in real life even better than in the pictures)! The best I have ever stayed in! A fantastic combination of luxury, convenience, coziness, art, nature and beauty. Great wooden bars, loads of glass (2x double glass to keep the warmth outside), marble, a spectacular view on Rogoznica from the pool and garden that offers a lot of flowers and olive trees, a cozy outside kitchen area with wooden roof to keep you out of the sun almost all day etc. The swimming pool has a nice temperature and offers multiple stream jets for massage etc. Furthermore, the villa offers a sauna and a smart TV with hundreds of international channels (although I recommend to spend your time outside :-)). The owners have been able to build a villa that approaches perfection. By the way, they are fantastic hosts as well, giving us a very warm welcome with a taste of local wine/ oil etc, answering all questions we had, providing us with recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. Trogir, Split, Primošten, Rogoznica etc are all within a 15-60 minutes drive. All in all, a 5 star experience in a beautiful place that I would definitely recommend to anyone! I feel blessed to have been able to spend some time here with my family and we hope to be back one day!
