About villa

Who doesn't love drinking coffee and enjoying the most beautiful sea view? The villa offers you this and much, much more. It is situated in the Rogoznica, a small place between the cities of Šibenik and Trogir - two cities that are the monuments of Croatian cultural history.

The beach is only 50 meters away, which practically means you can jump from the pool into the sea. The necessities such as markets and restaurants are close, just a few minutes walk away from the villa. So your days spent on the beach are not so boring, the villa offers you the ability to explore the sea with a kayak or the seafloor with diving equipment. This area is an excellent choice because it has a lot to offer, but on the other hand, is peaceful and quiet.

The total plot area of the villa is almost 300 m2. The indoor area consists of 4 luxury bedrooms that accommodate 8 guests. For 2 additional guests, you can find a sofa bed in the lounge room near the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a welcome package waiting for you. Even though we know you will spend most of your time outdoors, there are two dining areas for you to choose from, one better than the other. And, for your small ones, there is a children's playroom.

After the day of kayaking, you can relax in the relaxation room. Besides the hydromassage, heated pool, in the outdoor area you can also find a set of sun loungers and sun umbrellas. And, there are private parking and a garage for your four-wheel pet in the villa.

We already mentioned the historic cities of Trogir and Šibenik, and out of natural beauties, don't miss visiting the NP Krka. It has several waterfalls and lakes, such as Bilušića buk, Brljanski slap, Roški slap, etc. You can even swim in the freshwater there. We are waiting for you, so don't wait up!

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft! Alles war sehr gepflegt und es fehlte uns an nichts :) Schön eingerichtet, viel Platz, kein rumstehendes Zeug, herrlicher Ausblick. Das Haus steht am Ende einer laaaangen schmalen Straße, somit wenig Verkehr bzw. Menschen. Einkaufen kann man in einem kleinen Lädchen 3 km entfernt, wo es alles für den tägl. Bedarf gibt. Regelmäßig wurde nachgefragt ( per WhatsApp) ob alles okay sei und wir waren von der Ferne gut betreut, was für uns hervorragend war, da wir absolut unsere Ruhe haben wollten. Mücken gab es in der Abenddämmerung auch aber das weiß man ja, wenn man in Kroatien am Wasser ist und kann sich dementsprechend ausrüsten 😉 Wir können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und kommen selber gerne wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit 😎
