Villa Aria Istria is a luxury villa situated near the beautiful city of Rovinj in Istria. Designed in a rustic way, this villa represents a true getaway. The maximum capacity for this beauty is 6+2 which is great if you love travelling in large groups or with your family. This spacious villa consists of 3 bedrooms and all of them have an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms have a capacity for 6 people, but there is an additional bed for 2 more people.

The large living room is perfect for game nights and if you decide to vacation in the colder days, there is also a fireplace to keep you warm. Of course, what would a great and luxury villa be without a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need for preparing your favourite meals? The welcome package is waiting for you in the indoor dining area, but you can choose where to dine, there or in the outdoor one.

Even though the Villa is close to the beach, the 40m2 pool is a lifesaver. We are sure you will be spending most of your time in it or on the sun loungers getting those perfect tan lines. In case you are travelling with your small ones, you don't have to worry about safety. The Villa is fully fenced. Also, it is a great choice for all pet owners because the Villa is pet-friendly.

Even though this Villa is situated in the countryside, it has a lot to offer. Istria is well known for its vineyards and natural beauties, so we are sure you will enjoy every small or big town you pass by and through. The villa is very beautiful and spacious The pool is big enough for a family and friends Adjacent is a neighboring building and therefore the villa is not stand-alone the landlords are very supportive from there it takes about +/- 30 KM or 30 minutes to Rovinj or Porec all together, verry pleasand
