Situated in the middle of beautiful nature, Villa Ballena is an excellent choice for anyone who likes vacations in suburban areas. Although somewhat isolated offering complete privacy, this impressive oasis is located only 300 meters from the center of Svetvinčenat.

The elegant interior of 300 m2 offers accommodation for a maximum of 9 people. A spacious living room with a large sofa in dark tones and an open space of a black kitchen exudes warmth and sophistication. The villa has 4 bedrooms with large double beds for complete comfort. One bedroom has one bed for one person. Beautiful bathrooms follow the same color accent, ensuring complete privacy. All bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, which is decorated with a specially designed large terrace. Enjoy the afternoon lazing around. For complete enjoyment, the villa has a relaxation room and a sauna.

The unusual design of the villa blends perfectly with nature. In the very center of the villa, there is an olive tree which, in combination with the glass terrace and wooden surfaces, creates a futuristic look. The indoor heated swimming pool also contributes to the ambiance, and the outdoor dining room with barbecue is an ideal environment for socializing. The real gem of this villa is the large tennis court where everyone has the opportunity to try their hand at professional sports competitions. Villa Ballena is also available for pets.

Villa Ballena is located in Svetvinčenat and is only a 30-minute drive from the cities of Rovinj and Pula. The nearest restaurant, cafe, and shop are only 300 meters from the villa. Istria with its beauty has a lot to offer. Vineyards, olive groves, medieval towns in the heart of Istria, and the beautiful indented coast will leave you breathless.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Croatia. The house is spacious, clean, and situated in a remote location, providing a peaceful escape. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, making us feel comfortable from the start. The amenities are excellent, including a pool, sauna, and even a tennis court, all well-maintained and ideal for a mix of relaxation and activity. The villa is also conveniently within walking distance of a nearby village, where there are 2 supermarkets for essentials and a stunning castle to visit. Overall, this is a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy Croatia in a tranquil, scenic setting. We would happily recommend it and look forward to returning.
