This ground-floor house is adorned with three comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen in dark lines with a spacious dining area, and a living room with access to an outdoor terrace.

The large hydromassage pool looks divine. It is connected to a lounge area with a minibar and surrounded by relaxing loungers. The option of heating can provide relaxation even during colder days. Additionally, a well-maintained yard with olive trees, a barbecue and jacuzzi, and an outdoor kitchen add to the feeling of seclusion and leisure.

Kanfanar is a small town located in the center of Istria, known for its Mediterranean climate with mild winters and sunny summers.
