Villa Terra Nuova

A magnificent family holiday in the heart of Istria - the Villa Terra Nuova. This luxury villa has a complete plot area of a stunning 7000m2 as it forms a part of the Istria Nuova complex. And, the warm tones of brown make you feel like you are vacationing at your own home.

This beauty has so much to offer, that the pool is just one of the things on the large list. The large pool is accompanied by sun loungers and sun umbrellas, and by its side, you can also find garden furniture covered with a beautiful arbour. The jacuzzi is ready for you when you get tired of the pool and all the sun soaking. While you are resting, the children can play in the children's playground. It has an interesting bridge-like path which is leading to a wooden treehouse. Your small ones will surely be enlightened. And the bigger children, and those who consider themselves like that, can enjoy various activities. There is gym equipment for a good workout, you can play a game of badminton, go play on the golf court and the bocce ball court. And, for exploring the sea, there is kayak, and diving equipment available in the villa.

The maximum capacity is 12 guests. In the villa, you can find 5 spacious bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom. For two additional guests, there are two additional beds. In bathrooms, you can find all the toiletries necessary for daily use, as well as those necessary for the sauna and jacuzzi. The heating in the villa is with A/C units and there is also air conditioning for hotter days. Did you say you cook like Gordon Ramsay? You can show it all off in the fully equipped kitchen and serve it in the indoor or the outdoor dining area. 

This beauty can be rented all by itself, all in the combination with the other two villas in the complex. How rich Istria truly is! We would recommend you go around the surrounding villages and explore little vineyards and olive groves. Thankfully, you can experience it all while staying in the Villa Terra Nuova.
