Remark: During the high season 2025 (01.06. - 21.09. 2025) the villa can be booked for 5 nights for the additional price of 20% on the original prices. The pool is heated upon request for an additional fee of 500€/week or for 300€ for less than a week period. For each time period, guests can book a luxury package (instead of a regular one) at a higher price (a previous agreement with agents is necessary). The luxury package includes early check-in and late check-out when available, housekeeping for 1 hour each day, a heated pool, a buffet breakfast, with wine and schnapps included, and concierge service.
