On the first floor, guests can enjoy a second apartment with a bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a sofa bed. The large terrace with a view of the sea provides the perfect setting for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing reading with the sounds of the waves.

The second floor reveals the largest apartment. Three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony make this place ideal for a family vacation or hanging out with friends. The top floor of the house offers additional privacy and comfort with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a living room and kitchen. The balcony with a view of the sea invites you to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

The exterior of this villa is designed as a paradise for families with children. While the adults relax by the pool, children can enjoy safe play on the children's playground, explore the world of video and board games, enjoy SUP, or ride electric scooters. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival.
