Villa A is the ideal choice for a relaxed family or friends holiday in complete privacy. Located in Bilice, just a few kilometers from beautiful Šibenik, this unique home has everything you need to relax in style.

The villa can host a maximum of 6 people with three elegantly decorated bedrooms. Two rooms enjoy the comfort of double beds, one of which has a private bathroom, and the third room consists of as many as three beds for one person and is ideal for children or singles. Two modern designed bathrooms with gray tones exude a mystical atmosphere. The same color palette continues in the open space of the living room and the fully equipped kitchen. Pamper your taste buds by cooking your favorite dishes and relax in the company of your loved ones.

The courtyard of the villa has everything that defines a perfect vacation. With direct access to the outdoor terrace, you will be dazzled by the array of vivid natural colors. The pool is heated and with salt water. Six comfortable deckchairs are also available. With an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, you can choose where to cook, and serve your culinary delicacies on the outdoor terrace and enjoy evening gatherings. The green garden seems to have been created for the youngest. Play soccer with your little ones, and for more fun, there is also a basket for basketball fans.

Villa A is located only 200 meters from the beach and the nearest restaurant, and a visit to Šibenik is not to be missed. Recognizable for its cultural and historical sights and natural beauty, Šibenik is adorned with a UNESCO monument - the Cathedral of St. Jakov, three mainland – St. Mihovil, Barone, and St. Ivan and one fortress on the sea - St. Nikola. The Krka National Park is only a 10-minute drive from the villa, and we also recommend a trip to the Kornati Island National Park.

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. Wir würden 10 Sterne vergeben, so gut hat es uns gefallen! Sehr netter Empfang durch die Hausbetreuer. Gaben tolle Tipps für Gastronomie und Strände. Tolles Interieur, mega Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und großen Gefrierschrank. Super Betten - sehr gute Matratzen. Der beheizte Pool war bis 27° C warm und wir waren noch spät Abends schwimmen. Sehr ruhige Lage und der Garten mit allen Einrichtungen perfekt. Automatisches Tor mit Fernbedienung ausgestattet, toller Service. Wir waren begeistert und bedanken uns bei den Eigentümern und Betreuer vor Ort!🙏♥️♥️😘

Ein wunderschönes modernes Haus mit fantastischer Ausstattung und beheizten Pool! Wir waren begeistert!!! Nahe gelegener Strand für kurzes Baden ok - lieber nach Primosten den Strand mit Liegen. Wetter war durchwachsen - abends mit Jacke draussen gesessen. Schön wäre es, gewesen, wenn die Überdachung auf der Aussenterasse, sonnen und regen geschützt wäre! Wir bedanken uns für die Schöne Zeit in der Villa A.!!!

Ein Traumhaus, sehr sauber und es fehlte nichts. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man zum schönen Strand mit dem Auto fahren muss.

Sehr schönes Haus. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Strand ist zum Schwimmen ok, zum Tag-dort-verbringen eher weniger geeignet. Zum Nationalpark Krka ist es nur eine Viertelstunde.

Eine wundervolle Villa die einfach perfekt für unsere Familie war. Man hat alles was man braucht und der beheizte Pool ist für eine Abkühlung einfach top! Eine so tolle Lage sodass man auch super spazieren gehen kann und direkt eine kleine Bar zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Very kind local and remote hosts who welcomed us to this beautiful house. Everything you can imagine was present in this very clean and complete residence. Only improvement we could think of is a shower outside near the pool. Thx for letting us stay here!
