Located in the wider historic area of Šibenik and completed in 2025, this elegant contemporary villa is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests in 8 spacious bedrooms with 8 bathrooms. Set on a 520 m² plot with 350 m² of refined interior space, the villa combines clean architectural lines with premium comfort features such as underfloor heating and air conditioning in every room, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the year.

The interior layout balances shared living and privacy, making it ideal for larger groups. Four bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and 180x200 cm double beds, while four additional double bedrooms share the remaining bathrooms (six with showers and two with toilet and washbasin). Two fully equipped kitchens, two comfortable living rooms, and indoor dining for eight guests allow flexibility for socializing or quiet moments. A dedicated workspace with home office amenities supports longer stays and remote work. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, hairdryers, and an initial supply of coffee capsules are provided.

Outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Guests can unwind by two pools, including a heated pool with hydromassage, surrounded by 18 sun loungers. The fully fenced and landscaped garden offers privacy and a safe environment for children and pets (pets accepted upon request). Additional outdoor amenities include two gas barbecues, an al fresco dining area for eight, garden furniture, an outdoor shower,s and an ice maker. Private parking for up to four cars is available, with optional daily cleaning services offered at an extra cost. Events may be organized upon request, and guest assistance is available 24/7.

The villa enjoys a prime location in the Šibenik area, just 900 m from the sea and within easy reach of the city’s main attractions. Šibenik is a UNESCO-listed historic town renowned for the Cathedral of St. James, four medieval fortresses (St. Michael’s, Barone, St. John’s, and St. Nicholas), charming stone streets, and a vibrant cultural scene. Šibenik is also a top destination for gastronomy, home to the Michelin-starred Pelegrini restaurant and Bronzin, Pjat, Konoba Centar, and many others. The villa is a perfect base for exploring nearby highlights such as Krka National Park, the Kornati islands, and the wider Dalmatian coast.
