With her sister villa Bellezza 2 it is located just 120 meters from the beach in the small village of Grebaštica, a tourist destination between the cities Šibenik and Primošten, and it offers the perfect spot for those looking to unwind with a relaxing beach escape. The family-friendly villa has been beautifully designed and boasts sophisticated, modern interiors and furnishings, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests across four air-conditioned spacious bedrooms.   

On the ground floor, there is the main open-plan and air-conditioned living accommodation, comprising of a living room and modern fitted kitchen with dining facilities. The cozy and stylish living area is furnished with flat-screen television and seating for guests. There is also one comfortable bedroom and one shared bathroom. Heading upstairs, guests will find one double bedroom which comes with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony from which the tranquil surroundings can be enjoyed. There are also two further rooms with two single beds which can be made into a double bed to cater to the group’s individual needs. These rooms also come with an en-suite bathroom. 

In the outside area, guests can prepare meals on the barbecue to dine al fresco on the covered terrace. The private swimming pool is an ideal place for relaxing in a peaceful environment, and adults can enjoy with good a book while younger visitors can enjoy and play in the fully fenced yard.
