Located in beautiful Žaborić, just a few meters from the sea, this beachfront beauty enchants with elegance, comfort, and a spectacular view.

The impressive design extends over two floors and offers the perfect summer vacation. On the ground floor of the villa, you will be greeted by an elegant living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an internal dining room for six people. Enjoy the preparation of delicious dishes and a pleasant atmosphere enriched by a large fireplace. From the living room, elegant sliding doors lead you to a beautiful terrace with a lounge area, offering an incredible panoramic view of the sea. Prepare a delicious barbecue and relax on pleasant summer evenings.

Internal stairs lead to the upper floors of the villa. Five luxurious bedrooms with double beds invite you to relax, and there are also 5 bathrooms for an extra dose of luxury. Each floor will delight you with its exit to the balcony with a spectacular view of the sea and the bay. If you have to work during your vacation, the villa is also suitable for working from home.

For those who enjoy sports and entertainment, the villa has various board games, table tennis, chess, and a small basketball court. Sailing enthusiasts will be delighted by the mooring of the boat. Discover hidden coves, sail through the beautiful archipelago, and visit the Kornati National Park and the Krka Falls.

Žaborić is a charming place on the coast that delights with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. Gazdavica beach is suitable for families with children due to its beautiful sand and shallow entrance, and you can also find refreshments at Studena and Žaborić beaches. Restaurant Pomalo offers a wealth of flavors of fine food, and the distance from the city of Šibenik allows you to immerse yourself in the charms of this historic city. See the UNESCO-protected cathedral of St. Jakov, walk through the narrow streets of the old town, and visit one of the four magnificent fortresses.
