Villa Grc

The modern villa Grc is a luxurious retreat located on the elevated site of Jasenovo near the city of Šibenik. This impressive villa with cascading architecture offers an incredible panoramic view that will amaze you. 

Spread over three floors with a roof terrace, Villa Grc delights with its spacious elegance. The interior exudes sophisticated decor and simple lines, creating an atmosphere of subtle opulence. A large living room with high ceilings and glass openings leads to a terrace with a hydromassage pool and comfortable sunbeds, offering a spectacular view of the sea. The pool is heated, and the saltwater in the pool adds to the feeling of summer.

Five modernly decorated bedrooms enchant with their comfort and soft tones. Each room has its private bathroom, and each room has an extra bed for a child, which is practical for families with children. Four rooms are located in the main house and the fifth room, together with a private kitchen and living area, is situated in a 40 m² separate building 

On the roof of the villa, you will discover an oasis of relaxation - a jacuzzi with sunbeds offers relaxation with a glass of wine and a beautiful sunset. Beneath the villa, there is a children's playground with swings and a fenced football field, providing fun and safety for the youngest guests. In addition, guests can enjoy the additional amenities of the villa, such as a sauna and a gym.

Only 300 meters away from the villa, the beautiful beach of Jasenovo offers all-day refreshments in the sea. Here you will also find two bars and a water park for children. Beautiful Primošten is only a 10-minute drive away, and we definitely recommend a visit to Šibenik, the historical center on the coast, which is adorned with the UNESCO-protected St. Jakov and four fortresses.
