Villa Lis Brodarica

If you’re after a fresh, modern hideaway in Brodarica, just outside Šibenik, this  villa is a great pick. It sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms on a compact 300 m2 plot, with a bright indoor area of 90 m2 and a generous 35 m2 private pool. The property feels modern yet relaxed — think sun-drenched terraces, clean lines and a rooftop jacuzzi that’s perfect for unwinding under the stars. The whole yard is fully fenced, so it’s a comfortable spot for families and those who value privacy.

Inside, you’ll find two double bedrooms (160x200) and one twin room (2 x 90x200), plus a sofa bed to reach the advertised capacity. There are three bathrooms — two with showers and one guest WC — and each bedroom has its own A/C (five units in total) so comfort is never an issue. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machines, spices and more) and the indoor dining area seats nine, which makes mornings around the table easy. There’s reliable WI‑FI, a small workspace, TV with Netflix and HBO, and useful extras like toiletries, hairdryer and a first aid kit.

Outdoors is where this villa really shines: a large pool for cooling off, a rooftop jacuzzi for late-night relaxation, a barbecue and an outdoor dining area for six — and pool towels are provided. It’s an easy stroll to the beach (about 900 m) and only 1 km to the town centre; restaurants and the local market are roughly 750 m away, while the nearest airport is 48 km. The fully fenced plot makes evenings stress-free and the rooftop is ideal for quiet cocktails or a relaxed soak after a day exploring Dalmatia.

This place suits families, couples and groups of friends who want a stylish, low-maintenance base for exploring Šibenik and the coast. Note that events and young-group bookings aren’t allowed, pets are welcome on request, and a child high chair is available if needed. It’s a neat, modern spot for a relaxed Croatian escape.
