We had such an amazing time in Villa Mediterranean Paradise! We have been very warmly welcomed by Kate and her husband with nice stories, tips, explanation on how everything works in/ around the villa and a glass of very nice, self-made 'schnapps'! The villa garden is like a dream, filled with multiple olive trees (the olives are used by the family to create their own olive oil!), a lot of turtles, a swimming pool, luxurious jacuzzi, a phenomenal covered terrace, outdoor shower, smaller terraces, herbs and vegetables and a little gaden house to sit in or to do some griling/ bbq. The villa itself is very cozy and spacious with nice colors, a lot of wood and plants/ flowers. Every room has AC, a bathroom with toilet and nice beds. The kitchen is very well-equipped and also has AC. You can park your car in front of the house and it will be mostly in the shadow because it is protected by a nice, plant-based roof above it. The house is located outside of Sibenik in a very quiet area, but you can walk to the supermarket and some restaurants that are closeby. SIbenik City can be reached in < 10 minutes by car (there is always a parking spot available) to have diner in one of the nice restaurants, visits the forts or the old city, rent a boat or go to Sibenik beach. Furthermore, national park Krka is very closeby as well as Vodice, Primosten and Skradin. There are so many islands in the Sibenik archipelago, so make sure you visit it (preferably by boat). We went to the Kornati islands by boat (bit further away) and were really impressed by the colors and the underwater world. Feel at home in this beautiful place. Kate and her husband will take really good care of you, they are very sweet and warm people who will do anything necessary to make your stay one you will never forget! We had a great time at the house! It was perfect for our long weekend with a group of friends (7 women). Very clean, amazing space indoors, very well equipped and we loved the outdoors which was great for relaxing, having a swim, enjoying outdoor meals and turtle watching, although they were hiding most of the day. Kate (the owner) and her son were very helpful and accommodating hosts both before and during our stay, and made our trip even better. The house is located a bit off track, but we had cars and it was an easy drive to Sibenik as well as beaches nearby (closer to Split). And it was a super place to retreat to after a day out, with the supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Atemberaubend war die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit der Vermieter! Wir hatten tolle Gespräche und waren traurig, als wir fahren mussten. Das Highlight für die Kinder war der Pool und die Schildkröten! Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!!
We really enjoyed our 2 weeks holidays in this house a lot. The house is well equipped and it keeps the promise of the pictures. Furthermore Kate is a great host and always available if there are any questions.

The owners made us feel very welcome and even brought us a tasty cake on occasion. The location made trips to the beach, city, etc.. easy . In short; We enjoyed our stay very much !!!

Wir hatten vier wundervolle Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Kate und ihr Sohn sind unglaublich gastfreundlich. Super ordentlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich war ein Traum aber auch der Innenbereich des Hause ist mit jeder Menge Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen& würden die Unterkunft jederzeit erneut buchen!!

Ausstattung: Es ist im Haus wirklich alles vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Pool: das Highlight nach dem Baden im Meer war für unsere Kinder natürlich der Pool. Garten: sehr gepflegt Die Vermieter sind eine sehr nette freundliche Familie. Sie waren sehr bemüht, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Wir genossen ihre Gastfreundschaft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub für uns.

Sie sind sehr bemüht, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Jederzeit wieder und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub in allen Zügen genossen
