The size of this luxury is complemented by two living rooms and two elegant fully equipped kitchens. While comfortable sofas in emerald green and gray invite you to relax or entertain with Play Station 5, a perfectly designed courtyard with a heated saltwater pool beckons you to spend the day outside. Here, you will also find an outdoor shower with hot water and three SUPs to enjoy sea adventures.

The evening is made for a delicious barbecue. Gather on the outdoor covered terrace, enjoying the flavors and pleasant company. Connecting a beautiful terrace with an interior, Villa Pepera is a charming retreat by the sea that offers just about everything. Those with a competitive spirit have a fully equipped gym with Technogym machines, a punching bag, an air bull, and Pro competition kettlebells. A hot sauna awaits you inside the meticulously planned interior for complete relaxation.

Villa Pepera is located in Žaborić place near the town of Šibenik. This coastal town boasts a beautiful coastline with several beautiful pebble beaches, and for families with little ones, there is also a long sandy beach ideal for water fun. With a range of water activities such as pedal boats or jet skis, SUP paddling, and the joys of a water park, this place is the perfect location for a summer vacation. Young people can have fun at the Shark Beach bar, and in the evening enjoy the gastronomic delicacies of the Pomalo restaurant. Šibenik is only a 10-minute drive away, and we recommend visiting the Krka and Kornati national parks.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Pepera. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer modernen Architektur, tollen Möbeln und super gestalteten Aussenbereich. Alles sehr hochwertig und extrem sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, schon der Kontakt per WhatsApp am Vorabend war sehr einladend. Nach Kommunikation der Ankunftszeit wartet der Vermieter bereits am Haus, zeigte uns alles und überraschte uns mit Snacks und gekühlten Getränken. Auch ein früherer Checkout war kein Problem und wir konnten uns immer per Whatapp melden. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wow! Was für eine atemberaubende Villa, einfach unglaublich! Die Eigentümer haben wirklich an jedes einzelne Detail gedacht, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie sich hier wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Unterkunft hat uns so gut gefallen!
