The beautiful villa Promissa Terra is ideal for all those who enjoy a holiday combine with various activities. This beautiful modern villa is located in a spacious area of 6500 m2 and offers its guests a variety of facilities. Forget about all the worries while enjoying the sauna, and your youngest ones spend time in the playground prepared just for them. The villa is designed for a maximum of 12 people.

Inside the villa, you will find six modern rooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. There are six bathrooms at your disposal, two of which are en-suite. There you have a fully equipped kitchen as well as a spacious dining room for twelve people.

The outside is completely fenced, and your safety is guaranteed. In the yard, there is a swimming pool with sun loungers where you can enjoy the real summer contract. For enjoyment in pure hedonism, there is also a jacuzzi. Among other facilities, in addition to the sauna, there are table football, table tennis, PlayStation, and billiards. One even more active will surely develop a basketball court as well as a tennis court to practice. No doubt everyone will find something for themselves.

The nearest beach is ten kilometres away from you. The centre of Šibenik, all popular destinations, is seven kilometres away. In Šibenik you can visit numerous cultural monuments and enjoy the real ambiance of the old Mediterranean town. For nature lovers, only a short drive separates you from the beautiful Krka National Park, where you will witness all the luxuries that untouched nature has to offer.

We stayed here at the end of July and it was simply amazing. Everything that you need is there, even the equipment for all the sport activities + waterball. Also the host was amazing and very helpfull in all cases. Thank you for the amazing time!
