With a total plot area of an astonishing 980 m2, you have an exceptional combination of nature and luxury.  The outdoor area has a large pool which is accompanied by a set of 6 sun loungers and sun umbrellas.  On the mesmerizing green lawn, you can find garden furniture, great for reading a good book or just soaking up the sun. Also, you can always go exploring the surrounding nature.

The indoor area has 4 spacious bedrooms, each of which has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for a master chef, we know you are. And, the barbecue is in the outdoor area ready for grilling and chilling. You can choose where to dine, in the indoor or the outdoor dining area, whichever you choose, it will be a great choice. We are all in need of cosy nights sometimes, especially during winter. That's why this living room is perfect for you, whether you holiday during the winter or summer. 

For staying in shape, you can find gym equipment in the villa. And, for relaxation after the workout or the day spent on the near beach,  the villa has always needed a relaxation room. 

Summers in this part of Croatia are filled with a lot of sun, while winters are not very cold. Everything you require is close to the villa, the restaurants, markets, and coffee bars. We recommend you visit the NP Krka, where you can swim in the freshwater. The diversity is only a few kilometres of distance. Except that, you can take a little trip and visit the city of Split, the Diocletian city.
