The ground floor of the villa stands out with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable couch that invites you to relax. The daylight flowing through the wide glass windows carefully splashes over dark colors, adding a touch of elegance and mystique.

The beautifully landscaped yard is adorned with a large heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The pool is surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, completing the summer atmosphere. The sitting lounge area and the outdoor dining room with a grill will attract your attention. Savor delicious dishes and pleasant summer evenings, and for a little laugh and fun, you can play table tennis.

This sea oasis is rich in beautiful pebble beaches, and the nearest beach, Rezalište, is only 300 meters away. It will only take you 10 minutes to drive to the center of Šibenik.
