The large open-concept interior, designed in white, maintains refinement. The villa has six bedrooms, four of which have double beds and two have single beds. The spacious living room and airy kitchen with a dining room for 10 people are completely subordinated to family and friendly gatherings. Filled with a Netflix movie collection, as well as a business corner, the living room allows you to relax and work from home at the same time.

The irresistible fully fenced yard covered in greenery will capture all the senses. The hydromassage pool with 7 comfortable deck chairs and a shade for sun protection fills you with a sense of satisfaction. The rhythm of these emotions is accompanied by a long covered terrace with a grill where you can play with the flavors of the food. The harmony of the elegantly arranged garden is disturbed by the playful children's playground, perfect for entertaining the youngest.

Situated 15 km from the center of Šibenik, this quiet area is full of natural beauty. The Dalmatian karst and mountain area is ideal for hiking and cycling, which are available in the villa. Nearby is Krka National Park with seven beautiful travertine waterfalls. The stone lanes of Šbenik are lined with restaurants and cafes, and the wonderful church of St. Jakov is a historical landmark that will delight you. Don't pass it up.

Casa bellissima, tutto nuovo, molto curata, spazi all’aperto bellissimi. A 15 minuti dal mare. Soggiornato in 6 adulti e 6 bambini, spazi ideali.
