Villa Skradin

Villa Skradin is placed in the small Dalmatian village Bićine which is very close to the amazing Krka National Park and the city of Skradin. Villa Skradin consists of two traditional stone villas – Ivanovi Dvori & Josipovi Dvori that are separate units. Both villas can be rented together or separately. These charming properties together can accommodate up to 12 guests, so it is ideal for families or friends who want to spend holiday enjoying in typical Dalmatian countryside. The luxury villas combine traditional Dalmatian charms with comfortable living, providing an ideal retreat for those in search of a romantic break or a restful family holiday. The interior has been beautifully decorated with attention to details. On the ground floor of both villas there are a spacious, air-conditioned living room furnished with luxurious furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with dining areas.

Villa Ivanovi Dvori has three air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms and provides accommodation for 6 people. Villa Josipovi Dvori has a stylishly decorated modern interior with Dalmatian stone and there are 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning and private bathrooms, so the villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two people can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room.

On the outdoor in front of the luxury villas guests can find a garden kitchen with BBQ and dining areas, a heated private pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, exterior toilet and a deck with sunbeds for enjoying the hot Croatian sun.
