Villa Paradise is the ideal choice for anyone who enjoys Split and the surrounding area. The Villa, which is approximately a kilometre from the city centre and 200 meters from the beach, embodies a true Dalmatian environment with the best that the Adriatic has to offer.

The villa is divided into 4 floors and the indoor area consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an indoor dining area. There are 5 luxurious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. Three of the bedrooms include an en-suite bathroom with all the necessary toiletries. You can walk out of the four bedrooms onto the lovely terrace, where you may tan all day, have coffee, or simply sit and enjoy the view. The whole interior is modern and of high quality. Many intriguing features will attract your attention and leave an indelible impression.

Preparing your Croatian traditional meals will be easy in the fully equipped kitchen and if you require recipes, please do not hesitate to contact us. Also, there is an amazing indoor dining area with child high chairs. There are two living rooms that are spacious and cosy, perfect for family film nights in the home cinema or playing billiards with friends.

If you like to holiday during the winter months, you don't need to be concerned about being cold because the villa features a fireplace as well as heating and air conditioning. For cooling, there is air conditioning distributed throughout the villa.

In the outdoor area, there is a heated pool. Some days you can spend in the pool and some on the beach, and it is such a great combination. Enjoy time with your loved ones by hosting a BBQ on the terrace. If you are travelling by car, in the villa you can find private parking. And, don't forget that the property is fully fenced and completely safe!

The proximity of the airport makes it easy for you to come to this beautiful destination, and it does not take up your precious time. Restaurants and cafés, located only 100 m from the villa, leave you even more time for enjoying your holiday in Split.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
