If you want to spend your next holiday somewhere peaceful and charming, Villa South is the place for you. This modern and elegant villa is located in a quiet part of town in Kašel Kambelovac, 350 m from the sea and 1.5 km from Kaštela Marina. It is intended for families with children and a group of friends who want a quiet holiday by the sea.

A fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a desk and a dining room are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the terrace, allowing guests to easily interact with each other during their stay in the villa.

The villa sleeps up to 10 people in 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms. Four of the five rooms have satellite TV and air conditioning. A baby cot is also available. The exterior of the home contains everything guests need to relax and enjoy. You can relax by the pool or have a barbecue while your children play in the children's playground.

The courtyard of the villa is fully fenced, and it is important to note that the neighbouring Villa North shares the Villa South access road. Located in a great location near the historical towns of Trogir and Split, Villa South is a perfect choice for a peaceful family holiday.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.

The house was absolutely amazing, it had everything you need and nothing was missing. The hosts were very friendly and always ready to help. The house is suitable for families as well as for friends. The beds were good and had an en-suite bathroom with great showers. Everything is up-to-date: smart TV, good WiFi, new and solid showers and good beds. The house is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood, 100m away from sea and has some good restaurants/bars. An Uber to old-town split is just 20 min away and costs 16,-! For the money, the quality, exterior and interior of the house is amazing. We had a great stay and love to come back! Thanks Anton and Ana!
