Villa Tomi offers a modern living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining space. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are both provided throughout the property. A heated swimming pool, a private gym with workout equipment, and board games are available as extra activities. The house has a lot to offer if you prefer to spend more time outside. While the kids are having fun in the playground, you can rest by the private heated pool and soak up the sun, and there is a BBQ with a dining table nearby for a delicious dinner. Dir Unterkunft war sauber und grosszügig. Die Kommunikation mit Ivana war topp und unkompliziert. Toll war auch, dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hat. Zudem war die Gegend ruhig und die Nachbarn angenehm. Ich kann die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. 👌☝️

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. An amazing place to stay for a big family!! Location is beautiful and very private and peaceful. A lot of restaurants, supermarkets and a long stretch of beach down the hill. Or if you have a car, Split old town isn’t too far and definitely worth a visit. Everything was clean and pristine, tidy and just as described! We couldn’t have asked for anything more, but even so Mila was so attentive and replied super quickly if we did need anything and even picked us up on the way when we were struggling to find the villa! A lovely host :) Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Vi var ett gäng på 12 person och vi kunde inte vara mer nöjda! Otroligt hus, med otrolig pool och en toppen värd! Nära till strand och restauranger samt nära till Split.

Villa Tomi has everything you would need to enjoy a luxury holiday in the sun. Well equipped kitchen and lots of space outside for everyone to relax. Mallia, our host was very good and helped us so much in allowing us to leave our bags in the villa on our last day as we had a late flight home. A car would be useful as walking back from the beach is quite a workout in the heat. Overall a great place to stay to explore the beautiful coastline and surrounding area.
