The standard rental includes three floors of the villa. On the ground floor there is a spacious open-concept living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Large glass walls open the space to the terrace by the sea, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere for socializing and meals together. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
A total of six bedrooms are arranged on the first and second floors - four with a double bed and two with a double and an additional single bed. All rooms have their own bathroom, TV with satellite and cable channels, and the special charm of the living room is given by the fact that each bedroom has its own balcony and an open view of the sea, providing the perfect place for morning coffee or enjoying the sunset in complete privacy.
For larger groups, it is possible to use the third floor of the villa for an additional fee, which includes four additional bedrooms ā two with a double bed and two with a double and an additional single bed. This increases the capacity of the villa, while maintaining a high standard of comfort and privacy.
The outdoor area is designed for complete relaxation. Guests have at their disposal a heated mini spa pool measuring 4.2 Ć 2.2 m with hydromassage jets, a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, a gas barbecue and private deck chairs located on the beach in front of the villa. The private deck chairs right by the sea are one of the greatest advantages of Villa Victoris ā without crowds and searching for a place, the sea is literally a few steps away from the terrace.
