Bright, contemporary and newly built in 2024, this Croatian countryside villa sits on a 600 m² plot with 200 m² of indoor space and a 32 m² heated pool — a perfect base for up to 8 guests. The layout includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms (each with a shower), a comfortable living area with sofa bed and smart TV, plus two fully equipped kitchens and indoor dining for eight. Practical touches like A/C in every room, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and a welcome package mean you’ll feel set…

The sleeping arrangements are flexible and family-friendly: two bedrooms with king-size doubles (180x200) each with en-suite bathrooms, one double (160x200) with en-suite, and a twin room with two singles (140x200). There’s a convenient ground-floor bedroom for easier access, plus a playroom, table soccer, table tennis and darts for rainy afternoons. Baby gear is thoughtfully provided (high chair, cot, baby-friendly setup) and practical amenities include laundry facilities, dishwasher, coffee machine and a start pack of coffee capsules.

Outside is where the villa really shines — a heated pool and separate Jacuzzi, eight sun loungers, sun umbrella, outdoor shower, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ with dining for eight create a true alfresco lifestyle. The yard is fully fenced and offers private parking, making it both safe for children and suitable for pets on request. The atmosphere is relaxed and private, ideal for lazy pool days, long dinners under the stars and evenings playing table games.

Located near Stankovci, you’re about 20 km from the nearest beach, 15 km from the town centre, with restaurants 10 km away, a market 4 km away and cafés just 2 km from the villa; the airport is approximately 50 km. This place is ideal for families, multi-generational stays, couples travelling with pets and small groups who want comfort, activities and a laid-back Dalmatian base — please note events and young-only groups are not allowed.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
